US EPA Region 5 invites participants to a webinar on Using Compost as a Stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) on January 8, 11:00 am EST. This webinar is focused on how stormwater managers can use compost blankets, berms, and filters as a tool to reduce stormwater runoff and improve soil quality. The guest speakers will discuss their experiences with compost and some of their ideas on other ways it can be used on landscapes to manage stormwater runoff.
